Refund policy

Shipping Policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item has to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us. If you prefer we will exchange the items.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone nominated by you, receives the goods.

If you withdraw from your purchase, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to withdraw.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being told about your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original order, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling them more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised, unless they are faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
