Shipping Policy

How we post your order
All UK calendar orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard. This service usually takes 3–5 working days, though it can sometimes take a little longer, especially during busy periods.

Delivery times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of purchase.
Once posted, Royal Mail typically delivers within 3–5 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days before getting in touch.

Busy periods
During the festive season (October–December), deliveries may take a little longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to avoid any delays.

UK – If your order hasn’t arrived
Royal Mail doesn’t consider an item lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date. If it’s been longer than that, please get in touch and we’ll look into it.

International
Deliveries may take up to three weeks.
